Sautéed onions, oregano, red pepper flakes, vodka, tomatoes and a touch of cream. Served with meatballs or sausage.

Ground beef, pork, prosciutto, tomatoes, onions, garlic and herbs, with white wine and a touch of cream.

A light tomato sauce with fresh basil and garlic butter. Served with meatballs or sausage.
