From our spacious dining rooms, with an open-hearth log fire in winter and air-conditioning in summer, enjoy the view of wooded mountain slopes rising from the Ottauquechee River. We are centrally located for access to Killington and Okemo ski slopes and Woodstock, Vermont.
Breakfast at the Inn is included with lodging. Guests enjoy fresh fruit, muffins baked that morning, coffee or tea, juice and cereal served in our dining room by the wood fire.
Before or after dinner, relax in our full-service bar stocked with wines and liqueurs to complement the menu. Long Trail Ale, fresh from the Micro-Brewery just 1/3 mile west on Route 4, is on draft.
We recommend reservations at dinner time. Discover the creative cuisine with an Italian flair of our award-winning chef, owner Bradford Pirkey. We serve dinner seven days a week for holiday periods in the ski season and from Wednesday through Sunday during other weeks of the season. However, we can make special arrangements for the convenience of our overnight guests. Half portions are available on most items for children!!
Each night there are exciting special dishes, featuring veal chop, fresh fish and shellfish, filet, chicken or lamb to supplement the comprehensive menu. Or challenge Chef Brad and he will make you what you want!! The kitchen prepares its own stock, using pure well water, local produce and herbs, and offers delicious desserts. |
